At RaceRise, every elevator is manufactured through a well-organized production process to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance. Our factory is equipped with modern manufacturing equipment and specialized working zones, allowing us to control each step of production from raw materials to final shipment.

The production line includes dedicated areas such as the laser cutting zone, where high-precision laser machines process stainless steel and structural components; the bending area, where advanced press brakes shape panels and structural parts with exact accuracy; the punching section, used for precise hole forming and panel processing; and the welding zone, where experienced technicians assemble key structural components under strict quality standards.

In addition to the metal processing workshops, we also operate a component pre-assembly area, where important elevator parts and modules are assembled and inspected before shipment. This helps improve installation efficiency and ensures better system reliability.
RaceRise is supported by a core engineering team with more than 20 years of experience in the elevator industry.
With deep technical expertise and extensive project knowledge, our R&D team focuses on developing practical, reliable, and innovative elevator solutions for global markets.
Our Engineering Director, a senior engineer in the elevator field, has led the development of several innovative products, including the world’s first four-direction-opening panoramic elevator as well as a range of heavy-duty freight elevators, such as 20-ton cargo elevators and 10-ton machine-room-less freight elevators.
By leading cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and project execution, he plays a key role in driving technical innovation and product advancement.
The R&D Technical Director leads a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement and engineering efficiency.
